Fluid Parts Modeling

I’ve worked on several parts which include complicated fluid channels. These result in an interesting CAD modeling challenge to juggle the negative space of the flow channels against positive features like mounting flanges and support gussets. The parts pictured below were all intended for resin 3D printing which is a powerful tool for producing complex fluid handling parts.
