Synthesizer Cable Accessories

Experiments in prototype overmolding. A mold is made by pouring silicone over a 3D printed plug. Electronic components are manually assembled then inserted into the mold. Urethane resin is injected to fill the remaining cavity. The result is a decent approximation of low pressure injection molding. Labor intensive but fast turn-around and very minimal tooling cost.
